About the Company.
Aloha Kauai Tours is a small business with a dedicated group of professionals
who enjoy sharing their love of Kauai.
Michael Hopkins and Terri Scarborough own and operate the business.
Mike & Terri started SeaFun in 1990 and acquired Kauai Mountain Tours in
1996. Mountain Tours, having been in business since 1983. The combination of the two businesses made both stronger. In 1998,
Kauai Backroads was created to diversify the tour options onto private lands. In
February 2001 the Rainforest hike tour was started under a permit from the Na Ala Hele
Trail Access Program of the Division of Forestry and Wildlife.
The guides make each day, each tour, the best that it can be for the guests.
Mike enjoys running tours occasionally, and takes care of
the management and accounting duties. Terri the artist, supervises the marketing efforts and
works in her studio whenever she can.
A great support staff take care of vehicle maintenance and administration.
In November 2000 we moved into our long awaited new base yard and operations
center.
We work hard every day, all of us. We enjoy it. But it is all about happy
customers. That is what we do, create memorable experiences. We want to be part
of what makes your vacation special.
